PLUS beauty brands come out with some of their biggest launches of the year. I scoured the newest products out there, tested them, and rounded up my top 10 finds for Fall 2018.

Maybelline Brow Tint Pen 4 tiny hair strokes in a single swipe- great for sparse brows that need to be filled in on the skin itself
